Challenge Grant Awarded

The Acton-Boxborough United Way recently announced the results of our Challenge Grant Initiative with the awarding of its first grant to the newly created Acton Boxborough Coalition for Healthy Youth. The MIT Logarthythms, an all male a capella group will be one of the featured groups performing at this year's Boston in the Burbs' Event, the ABUW's annual spring fundraiser. The "Logs" were such a hit, we're brining them back, along with the all female group, the BC Sharps. Also performing will be Rainbow Tribe, an exciting dance troupe from greater Boston. Grant Making Season Underway February marks the beginning of our annual grant application season. Application packages were sent out at the start of the month, with all completed proposals due back at the end of March.
