Carla Poulos

Carla comes to ABUW with an extensive background in community organizing. She has a B.A. in Spanish and a Master's Degree in Social Work. Her professional experience has been working with communities of color and organizing to make long lasting effective change. 

After living on the West coast she is excited to be back East and work in A-B towards creating a community where everyone belongs and thrives. When not working, Carla enjoys spending time with her family running, hiking, reading and traveling.
