On March 26th, Acton-Boxborough United Way invites you to join us for a panel discussion building on our community resilience project of the last 2 years. We’ll discuss factors contributing to the stress of daily life, strategies to build resilience to remain productive and engaged, ways to overcome barriers that create feelings of isolation, and local resources we should all be aware of to support our families and our neighbors.

While skills to manage these challenges often begin during adolescence, the journey continues through the life span. Our diverse panel will share real examples of what has worked for them to build resilience, find connection, balance social media, and access resources within our community. You’ll walk away with concrete strategies to support yourself and your family in implementing these healthy habits.
